Our service

The Ferretti Group Asia Pacific After Sales and Service Team has 5 service team members based in Hong Kong that oversee the region with the help of the 14 authorized service centers thru our regional distributors, all are strategically placed throughout Asia and are available to meet our clients’ needs with the same level of superb service at each location. Ferretti Group owners across Asia Pacific can have the luxury of dedicated spare parts kits for their specific model and hull number in inventory to accommodate common replacement items and running gear.

All Ferretti Group ASIA PACIFIC Technicians:

Are factory trained
Attend the annual Yachting Service University either in Italy or Asia for continued education in managerial abilities, customer satisfaction, and professionalism in the technical, commercial and operative spheres
Attend the annual Convergence summit which is held in a different city in the world each year where captains, yacht builders, owners and service technicians learn the latest innovations in daily management of luxury yachts
